Day Program
Our objective
OVCC offers a day program for adults with a special need. The day program focuses on promoting independence through life skills development, employment skills development and a social recreation component. Our programming changes each day. We aim to have exciting, fun programming that challenges participants to get out of their comfort zones, while working toward developing and mastering new skills!
Where are we? When do we run?
Our “home base” is right in the heart of Arnprior- 193 Elgin Street West.
Program currently runs Monday to Thursday from 9:00am until 3:30pm. The day program runs year-round. The program space is fully accessible. Half day option is available. We currently offer a pick-up and drop-off in Renfrew. Transportation can be arranged, upon request. We offer adventures every Friday.
Who is the program for?
We do our best to accommodate any adult with a special need! You are a fit for us if you enjoy community activities, baking/cooking, volunteering and socializing! We are happy to offer 1:1 support in our group programming, if needed.
